1. Who we are
This website is operated by BrainTrainr, a federally incorporated non-profit organization in Canada (“BrainTrainr”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@braintrainr.ai.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
3. What this website offers
This site provides information about BrainTrainr, our programs and our partner collaborations. It does not offer user accounts, and no payments are taken through it.
Program descriptions are provided for information. They are not an offer, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to deliver a particular service on a particular date. Places on our programs are limited and are allocated at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its normal operation, that attempts to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system connected to it, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
5. Our content and yours
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, logos and other material on this site belong to BrainTrainr or are used with permission. You may read, quote and share this material with attribution. You may not reproduce it commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Partner names and logos shown on this site remain the property of those organizations and are used with their permission.

This site links to websites run by our partners and by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Following a link is at your own discretion, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to.
7. Availability and accuracy
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Canada and by the laws of the province in which BrainTrainr is registered, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that province.
